The Armed Forces purchase petroleum products from a single operator for the supply of petroleum products, determined by the authorized body for state regulation of the production of petroleum products.

If a single operator for the supply of petroleum products refuses to purchase petroleum products using the card system, the Armed Forces have the right to independently purchase them on a competitive basis at the expense of budgetary funds for the corresponding year.

This Law regulates public relations in the field of organization of defense and the Armed Forces of the Republic of Kazakhstan, the functions and powers of state bodies in ensuring the country's defense capability, the rights and obligations of citizens and organizations in the field of defense.
